If traditional recovery spaces have never felt right for you, you’re not alone. This class breaks down addiction, sobriety, and recovery in ways that reject shame, binary thinking, and control.

We’ll look at what happens when we step outside the pathology paradigm- how addiction reveals itself as adaptation, sobriety as sensing, and recovery as reconnection. We'll talk about the ways traditional recovery doesn't work and begin to imagine what life could be like when we have more options.

You’ll learn to see addiction as an adaptation your body made to survive, sobriety as tuning into your own body and needs, and recovery as a process of reconnecting with yourself on your terms.

Whether you’re still drinking or using, sober-curious, newly sober, or have been in recovery for years- this class is for anyone who wants to rethink addiction, sobriety, and recovery on their own terms, without shame or judgment.
